Just letting all the upcoming customers know, these guys will make you health department plans (blue prints) under their name just so they can ask for $2000 when you want the plans for your truck! that you paid money for! be wear that you can get permitted without the original plans!!! don't be a fool like me! ask for the blue prints! or better, work with an honest builder! defently not these guys!
We own two food trucks, the 2nd truck we bought was built by them, we got there to get an estimate to submit changes to the truck we bought, the estimate was higher by $5000 from all 3 other estimates that we got for the same type of work, we asked for itemized invoice but never got it. when we looked closer we realized that part of the equipment was not even NSF approved, which means Heath Department will not approve you.
