Denver's Best by Far!!! – I've been going to eat here for years!! I've been to almost every mexican food establishment in the Denver area and La Cueva blows them all away! Yeah, the service kinda sucks but i don't go to restaurants based on service. I GO TO EAT!
30 plus years – I drive from Boulder to Aurora for the fabulous food at La Cueva. The owners have been serving the freshest food for over 30 years and I have been a patron for all those years. My many friends and I have never chosen an item off the menu that we didn't love. Try it once and you will go back many times.
