I have had a great experience with La Cesta Apartments in Thousand Oaks. The community is well located, comfortable, and has a really nice neighborhood feel. The new management company has made a very positive difference. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the property. The office manager is extremely rude who screams at kids and just yells at you when speaking in person or on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone specifically because of the manager.
Move here if you love apartment managers who hate kids, neighbors who take pictures of your kids to give to the manager when your kids are outside playing like kids are supposed, and appliances that break at least twice a year. Super great, family friendly place, totally fun complex to raise your kids. 🙄
