Editorial fromThis casual BYO storefront cafe sets a bohemian tone with French posters on the walls and high-backed rattan chairs with flowered cushions. Soups, salads (Nicoise, Caesar) and quiches are available, but the main thing here is the…

DONT' STOP KEEP WALKING – TABLES AND CHAIRS DIRTY AND UNCOMFORTABLE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND FOOD WAS COLD WHEN IT WAS SERVED AND THERE WERE ONLY TWO OTHER PEOPLE THERE AT THE TIME. WE HAD TO REORDER DUE TO THE FACT ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND THREE OUT FOUR OF OUR GROUP COUNT EAT THIS GARBAGE AND THE BILL CAME TO $90.00 WITH DRINKS BEING COFFEE AND TEA.
Delicious – The crepes are delicious. You do wait a bit for them, but they are amazing. The atmosphere is a bit dull, and the chairs are uncomfortable. Good food and good prices!
Avoid – Waited several minutes just to be seated, even though only one table in the entire restaurant was occupied. Ice water did arrive promptly, though. Placed an order for a single dessert crepe. Waited 25 minutes or so; order was delivered to a different table. Waitress apologized. In the meantime, several other tables had filled up. They all began receiving their crepes. After 25 more minutes elapsed, crepe finally received. It is bland, soggy, undercooked (and ends up giving a stomachache). Full price of $8 is charged.... read more
Easy walk from "downtown" – A great little gem!!! Food was delicious and served promptly. The iced tea is a winner!!! Waitress said it was a secret recipe (one I'd love to have)!!!
Melt -in-Your-Mouth Crepes – The crepes melt in your mouth. The desserts are divine. Charming atmosphere - seems authentic and not pretending to be French!
Lovely little cafe – This tucked away spot is my weekend brunch secret! The food is delicious (the "rich and light taste" crepes are especially good, savory, and easy on your diet. The staff is pleasant and a little reserved (they are French, after all). If you like the European approach, you'll enjoy this place especially. (If you are a bit of an over-wound American with a stunted palate, the quality and the charm of this establishment may be lost on you).
I had the WORST experience at the La Crapola Cafe. I found a bone in my crepe the size of a silver dollar. I asked the server to remove the charge from the bill to which she replied "I dont understand how you want me to remove the bone from the bill". After explaining that I didnt want to pay for the entree, she said she could not do that. And then she threatened me saying that she didnt like my attitude. Overpriced, bad service and BONES!!! Beware!!!!
La Creperie, Mais Oui! – C'est un bon restaurant! La Creperie is the perfect restaurant before a night at the theatre. It is located just blocks from the avenue of the arts and this is also a wonderful place for a datel! I recommend the feta and tomato crepe with basil, & Le Fric (blueberry crepe). The music is french, as are most of the wait staff who are soft-spoken and this place is french right down to the wallpaper. For a wonderfully tucked away piece of france without the travel expense, La Creperie is a great choice.
La Creperie Cafe has a 4.2 star rating with 27 reviews.
La Creperie Cafe is open now. It will close at 10:00 p.m.
