Worst crawfish I have ever had. These crawfish were not clean, the meat was GREY & DIRTY. We asked the manager for a refund & she was laughing as if it was a joke. She also treated us as if we were stupid. They also don't let you know that there are no refunds (you pay before you eat) & informed us that she would "lose" her job if she were to give us our money back because of the cameras in the facility. If you're thinking about trying LA Crawfish in Baytown, DONT.
Worst service ever waited over an hour an asked all 3 waitress if I can get some lemons and one of them brought me some used lemons they also brought us hot drinks with no ice I have never had a bad experience here till now I do NOT recommend the wallisville location at all save your money and time it's not worth it!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible, I wanted to try the fried rice and the rice was hard. It had no flavor and they wanted to tell me I couldn't exchange it for anything else. Its just certain things you should and shouldn't do. IM STICKING TO LOTUS
Need more help , cleaning n picking up , floors were dirty n slippery, bathroom no paper towels n long, long lines to order ! Not impressed!!

False advertisement! When you said "LIVE CRAWFISH", please don't mix with old and "FROZEN" batch (that been in the freezer a number of month(s). I was a loyal customer to LA crawfish on Blalock since they first open. I have run into many incidents in the past years, call back and complaints. I stop going there for a while, and last Friday decide to give them another chance, but the incidents of mixing live (new) and frozen (old) batch and sell for $7.99 per pound for togo customer. Good options, with some unique menu items (chest crawfish rolls, crawfish pho), food was very fresh, big fan. In an area with all chain restaurants, this is a top spot in the Alamo Ranch area
