Oh I like the crawfish and oyster :-) one of my favorite places in Houston. When I had trouble I came to eat 2 pounds garlic crawfish, then I became happy :-) magic crawfish.

I was a bit hesitant to try this place only because of all the reviews saying service was horrible. Needless to say they must have changed some things with staffing because service was on par with any good restaurant in the area. There were about 5 people ahead of us in line and they took the time to explain to us the menu and flavors. They even let us sample one of the boil flavorings. Everyone seemed to have the same experience...Great food! Horrible service! The menu is confusing, and it was our first time there. The guy who took the order was not helpful, and looked annoyed that we didn't get the menu. It was very discouraging..probably would have ordered more. Loved the shrimp boil, and the fried foods were good. Every time i went to the register to ask for something, the guy would gesture to the sweet little girl to help me cuz he didn't want to deal. I was invited by a friend to eat at La Crawfish at Willowbrook. I didn't want the shrimp with head and ask to exchange it for something else. The manager Jonathan Martin told me he couldn't do anything about it. I just have to order something else and pay for it after I paid $35 for a meal. Where's the customer service for the customers?
