We had a very good experience with La Costa Sales and rentals. We used them to rent out our condo monthly and they were very thorough and checked tenants out real well so our property was well taken care of. We have decided to sell so that is the only reason we don't need their services. Ali is wodernful!

Here's a funny story...I looked at a home to rent, filled out my application and gave them a check for my application cost. They then said they also need my wife's application. I sent her application the next day. I go to follow up the following week wondering if we are approved. They say "We never received your wife's application and rented it to someone else". Funny thing is...THEY STILL CASHED MY CHECK AND KEPT THE MONEY! With no application...WORST company EVER!!! Look somewhere else. Their follow through is CRAP... read more

Joe at La Costa Sales and Rentals was amazing when he coordinated a water damage remediation for me. From start to finish he was professional, attentive and efficient and so were all the contractors he brought in. This level of customer care is so highly unusual these days...thank you, Joe!

I have been renting from La Costa Sales & rentals for almost 10 years. It is a great company that I would and do refer everybody I know to. They are very professional and overall great people. I know most of the staff and they are very friendly and great at their jobs. If your looking to buy, sell, rent or need property management there isn't a better company to work with. Derek Baker
