great experience with my grandchildren there. staff was awesome & so was the Dr. highly recommend. a special thanks to aurora for making my grandbabies feel comfortable.
my kids and I waited 2 hrs to get a room then another 1 to see the doc and then was told that my kids would wait 21/2 hours for there cavitys to be filled or schedule for another time. The team are not inviting with smiles and the walk around popping pens and unhappy. I have never seen or experience this treatment from a dentist office. It's not home for my family!
The people are very nice and caring. They try their best to work fast and do have payment plans. They are my pick for any dental procedure. i won't go anywhere else!
Staff is very friendly,and accommodating . Dr Athapa is very caring and gentle! Would recommend for sure !
They did a good job of pulling the teeth out. I really like the staff and dentist. I will be going back to get the rest of my teeth pulled.then work on saving the money for the dentures.
I love this place. Leopard location. The dentist is awesome and works quickly. Wait time is not that bad. They work with you on payment plans. The work done on me was perfect. I had a root canal and my crown put on, fillings and an extraction. I was very pleased and will continue to their services. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are very inviting. they have been calling me every other week to set this appt for oral surgery. asked my insurance for approval the dr that is NOT an oral surgeon refused to do the work. then supervisor by the name of melinda continued to argue with that I was never told they hadan oral surgeon. just a dr that does oral surgeries and can refuse to procedure. keep in mind that they sent a request to insurance to have 4 extractions done. this office will not help you and will argue with you about thngs they say. never again. thats why I,m on th... read more
The person at the front "Robert" was horrible on our last visit. He may have not seen it but his attitude was bad from beginning! Thank goodness I only took someone to their appointment and it's not the one I go to!
