Tasty, fresh and almost fast - wide variety of meats and options for the standard fare of tamales, burritos etc. There is always a line at dinner time but it moves fast enough. Just went there for my 2nd time and will be back. Parking in the area seems to have a fast turnover so not a problem finding a space.
I enjoyed my burrito at this place the only thing I would say I would ask of them is to not rush the customers in ordering. I felt like I was racing to get my food and got a little attitude when I wanted more salsa. Hopefully this will improve because I would love to return for more burritos and try other plates too.
Good food, not the best – Lots of options, no vegetarian options, though. Glen Park doesn't have that many options, so it gets really crowded any time around the peak dinner times.
Tasty! – The best thing about this place is the food -- everything I've tried is delicious, fresh and made right before your eyes. The downside is the lines -- they can stretch serpentine-like through the place at times -- and the resulting back-up of items that are cooked on the grill. The best taqueria in the mission maybe even the city – I thought burritos were good but after going to them gem they make them outragously delicious! They use really fresh ingridients and you can taste it too! The Nachos are big and you might need another person to help ya out on that one! La Corneta, great fish tacos and burritos – Great value and some food you won't normally find. Like fish tacos and burritos. Salmon cooked on the grill fresh to order, and they can do shrimp too. My wife doesn't like too many carbs so they can make a plate out of it. (meaning the burrito without the tortilla) That would be fish, rice, beans and salad. Best Mexican in SF, better than the Mission!! – I have been going to La Corneta since it first opened up while I was in middle school, back when it was a quarter of the size it is know and when they gave away free tacos to lure customers in. Look at it now, it is a huge taqueria, the line snakes around the seats and the tortillas never stop steaming !! Baby Burritos are amazing! – This place is by far the best burrito place in the mission. It is clean, and has a huge menu. My favorite is the baby burrito - perfect if you aren't into eating a 2 pound burrito. Their service is always quick and the food is consistently flavorful and good; most importantly it's inexpensive. I can get 2 burritos and 2 beers for under $20!
Great Place – I love this place. The food is fresh and delicious. Their hard shell steak tacos are great and loaded with cheese,lettuce,tomato,guac. It is a colorful,clean restaurant with really good food. Their rice has flavor and they have so many choices. Side of guacamole are inexpensive and tasty. All the burritos are awesome. For two people it's like 12 bucks and chips and salsa are included. Sometimes they have live music that really adds to your dining experience. Very casual, no frills place.
