The cubanita torta is one of the best sandwiches I've had. Definitely a lot of strong flavor (toasted garlic on the roll + habanero mustard), but it came together very nicely: Rich, spicy goodness!
This place is definitely overrated. Except atmosphere, Mexican food was ordinary and quite expensive. Just go to Torchy's taco & get the best value for your money in addition to the best Mexican food.

One of the best mexican restaurants I've been. Delicious Hamachi Ceviche, Tostadas de Atun and Elote. Amazing signature cocktails, go for the El Cubico (with tobacco leaf infused Cazadores Reposado).
Cauliflower steak is a surprisingly delicious and filling vegan option! More upscale than the average Mexican place in Austin
grab the guac with the seasonal toppings: the pomegranate + feta is to die for / great margaritas

Some of the best non taco truck Mexican in Austin. Get the guac and for brunch the huevos!
