We stayed in January 2018 to prepare for our upcoming wedding in November. I didn't have one complaint for the 5 days we were there. Everyone treated us with kindness and a big smile, and were ready to help us with whatever we needed. Catering manager Jessica spent hours with us on the food tasting and helping us with a tour to find the perfect space. Sarah at the events desk was helpful and provided several activity suggestions. I love this hotel, it has been a very important part of very important events of my life. My children learned how to swim in the beautiful pools. My husband and I had our 1st date here, got engaged and got married pool side here. It was only right to spend my last day of living in PR for 17 years here at My eternal happy place... Unfortunately we arrived here to the news that since we are not staying the nite in the hotel we cannot enjoy a nice day here.
