We are here right now. Been here since Wednesday and leave Sunday. This is my second time here and is just as spectacular as the first time. The ambience, the staff, entertainment, everything. Its gorgeous inside, its clean, the rooms are clean and the beach is awesome. We did a partial view suite and WOW!! I seriously just cant say enough of what I like about this place. We got married at this hotel 4 years ago. I have told 3 front desk staff that I am repeating customer who got married here and they have done nothing to make us feel special on our return to the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. So unfortunately I have to give them a thumbs down for not making us as s couple feel special on our return. I notified the concierge and from desk staff two times and they didn’t do anything. *UPDATED* 5/26/18 After arriving at 3 or 4am on Saturday morning and barely sleeping, I went down around 8am and spoke with the front desk associate and then a supervisor/manager by the name of Robert took care of us and moved us into an ocean view room and gave us a credit on our bill or to be used during our stay. What started out as a ruined 40th birthday trip, has become an amazing stay. Thank you to Robert and the morning front desk staff for rectifying the issue. Beautiful room with art deco furnishings. Everything well maintained and clean. Fantastic location in Condado. Attentive staff. Plenty of activities including a casino.
