We had nothing but the best service. A few mishaps on our part as guests and the staff were extremely helpful and did not get upset whatsoever regarding the situation. They were attentive and very polite. The hotel is beautiful and full of fun things to do. Food is a little pricey but not much more than the restaurants on the same street. I would definitely come back given the opportunity.

A real nice resort that is in need of a major facelift. A bit ridiculous on what they charge and what you get for something’s, like the continental breakfast. Cigar night and old fashions was nice. No service at the adult pool area.

Beach service superb. Many things to do. Food was good. Pools have the perfect temperature. Make sure you tell them to fix your room when you leave. First day we returne at 4:00 and the room was not done. After we called they came and did it. People very polite.
