The cashier’s attitude towards customers is very unprofessional. Instead of being empathetic and helpful when someone doesn’t pronounce English perfectly, the cashier chooses to mock them. This behavior not only shows a lack of customer service but also comes across as racist and disrespectful. On a positive note, the coffee is excellent. Unfortunately, by 12:00 p.m. there was almost nothing left to eat — only one muffin available.
They consistently serve delicious coffee. It’s a place to sit for a quick cup or take to go. They do not provide many electric outlets in case you want to sit and work on the computer for an extended time.
Very friendly employees today and as always a perfect latte!
There was dead gnat in my drink. After noticing it and bringing it to one of the baristas attention, she made my drink over. This was the first time I experienced this at a coffee shop and I will more than likely not come back to this location. The customer service is inconsistent. The drinks are overpriced at times and the atmosphere is off at times.
Fantastic coffee. Great place to meet with friends.
