will be reporting all La Clinicas for after hours neglect. They don't have a on call doctor. I have multiple recordings of staff not acting right for after hour care. The medical board can deal with the neglect. Maybe one of our news outlets will like to run a segment on the care of Clinics in Vallejo. How incredibly inconvenient they are and neglectful they won't page a doctor when the emergency room is not always an option.
Horrible horrible service. The ladys in front are always rude and on top of that they forget to check u in and even when they check u in u have to wait at least 1 hour to get call. I think it should not be like that so who ever its managing that office need to get fired. I call when my kids were sick or had a bad rash and tbey couldn't give me appointment until like 1-2 months later, by then my kid could die but they don't care cause its not there kid right!! Place appeared unclean, tons of kids running around, noisy, they should have a seperate building for pediatrics !! Wait times are terrible. Even if you have an appointment. Hope I don't have to return there...
There isnt enough room for people to be comfortable, the staff at the check in are ill mannered. One of them had her celphone in her hand the whole time, my daughter was very ill and had no idea who the doctor was , or if she even saw a dr. No greeting was offered, two different people came into the room checked her vitals ,then was given a prescription and we left. There is no area for small children to be so they can be kept busy not stressed or stressing other patrons I would take my child to the emergency room before I w... read more
