My wife and I lived here for about 2.5 years. We had a one bedroom apt on the 4th floor with and amazing view of the Hollywood hills and on a clear day you can see the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory. The amenities are very nice and the apartment had plenty of storage for a one bedroom. The staff were friendly and responsive to any repairs that are needed. I love living here! I’ve lived here for 3 years it’s my first apartment building in LA and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The building is so clean and the management is AMAZING and the location is unbeatable.
FRAUD ALERT DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS- I had an extremely negative experience with Fiona Apartments. After I applied for an apartment in this building, they requested $500 holding deposit to take the apartment off the market. In less than 48 hours, I decided to cancel my application and requested a refund. I was notified that they can not process my refund, because I owe them $578.74. They refused to explain how come I owe them this amount, despite never having lived in this building. They've been unresponsive to my ema... read more
I applied to this place, I’m a veteran using a housing voucher, and after receiving no communication to my email, and not getting a room they kept my $500 holding fee and still haven’t returned it.
Great location. Cool building. Management needs to change. There have been several problems within my apartment, including but not limited to: Hot water not working for two weeks, the A/C was leaking for 4 days, there have been multiple roof leaks, the kitchen sink backed-up (starting 3 floors below mine), the Garbage disposal leaked and had to be replaced, my garage space was flooded for over a month, the bedroom light went out and had to be rewired, management repeatedly ignored smoking and noise reports, etc. Noise = it s... read more
