Not happy at al ! I asked for car air freshener... The supervisor as well as the guy who handed me the keys said that costs extra ! It's really not about money .... It's actually poor customer service . I tipped the guy who handed me keys .... No regrets on that part but yeah it seems like they have too many customers and don't need anymore . I'll continue going to Royal car wash on LaCienega and Melrose . Not once did the supervisor of Royal car wash said that U have to pay extra . This was my first and last time at la Cien... read more
