Please don't tell anyone about this gem. We want it all to ourselves. Quattro Mani dinner was sublime. The seafood salad was so light and fresh and paired perfectly with the Nuragus, the gnochetti in sugo for the secondi, and then the boar braised in Connonau, and then paired with that beautiful wine.
