Highly recommend going here for any kind of muscle pain or injuries. Dana has helped me work on multiple injuries through activation exercises and also through therapy techniques that have improved my blood flow in my previous injuries.
Our family met Dr. Dana Zappala when my son injured himself running track and cross country. Nothing seemed to be working for him until he started seeing her.
