I love the food and customer service. The wait isn't long and the drinks are a plus.
The service is terrible!!!! The food is not bad but the servers are VERY rude. Especially the lady that walks around with a grow on her face!! She’s about $
I came in there Saturday and had a party of 8 people. We were all on the same ticket. One of the party found a Roach in their food (beans). I asked for a manager. She assured me that our ticket would be taken care of, but as we went leave we were handed a ticket that only took two entrees off. I was in shock. I’m really appalled that we had to pay anything. I get that this happens but we shouldn’t have been obligated to pay. I also messaged them and never got a response. I will never be back
After a hard day of work all I wanted to do is pick something up for dinner. The lady at the bar was rude and incompetent. Couldn’t answer any questions, and got my order wrong. Total waste of my time, would had better service at a gas station. Go at your own risk!!
My friends & I love this place. The drinks r great & foods & we always have good service.
The food and drinks are horrible and over priced. They should be shut down!!
This place has the worst management ever. All I needed was lettuce and tomatoes for some dry tacos after I was told it was included. Another person in my party had fajitas and his steak was burned. The manager oh my! Horrible!!!!!
The customer service is horrible and there is poor management skills in handling complaints.
