Worst florist I have ever used – I ordered a nice arrangement online for a friend in San Diego. I'm in Alabama. I have ordered many times from FTD approved florsits and always been satisfied. This time the flowers arrived 2 days later and were not at all what I ordered. Granted, they did try to deliver the second day but the office was closed for lunch. No second attempt was made.
