The nickle and diming with this place is unreal! Charged full price for two kids pink lemonades. And the sour cream?? Really? I asked for sour cream and never even specified how many we wanted. This came off the server’s tip because it was not necessary. Let’s not even talk about the lower price if you pay cash. The guacamole dip was small and very bland, nowhere near 11 dollars worth. My husband and I love La Calera! Seriously, there is no comparison to other Mexican restaurants in our area. The food is prepared right there, not by a factory somewhere; and your food is plated with care. The food is delicious, prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is perfect. It's so nice that they play upbeat Mexican music at the perfect volume. We've been there many times and have never written a review but after another amazing experience tonight, I felt compelled to finally write a review.
