Stopped by La Byci by chance and was really impressed. The store has a great concept, an excellent selection of cycling gear and apparel, and a welcoming atmosphere. Vadym was incredibly helpful in putting together a few clothing kits and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. I called about my constantly deflating bike tires, and even though they don't service bikes anymore, Juan offered to help. I brought it in, and he quickly found a loose valve, tightened it, and fixed the problem. Thanks for the awesome and kind help!
