Do NOT use these guys. My place had bed bugs and I called these guys to come out. They spent about 3 minutes spraying my place before they were out of there. They also refused to check my neighboring apartments in case they had a bed bug problem, choosing to try and put blame on me and telling me he was sure none of my neighbors had a bed bug problem.
