My wife ordered me a particular cake for my Birthday. The cake was not delivered as ordered. The person we spoke too was rude, argumentative and condescending. We were asked to prove our our order, but weren’t given a copy of our order. Then they went back to the person who accepted our order from weeks ago and questioned them. Employees lack customer service skills, espeically for someone who claimed to be the manager! Ester was beyond rude and unhelpful! When all I asked her was about the ingredients to make sure i was able to purchase items for my family that have food allegeries. As a manager she should be able to provide that information without getting a attitude!
