We had a less than great experience with LaBonte Plumbing. We had a leak at our condo and service representatives came out 3 times to give us an assessment. Two times they could not find the water meter and the third time they told us something we already knew. They charged us for 3 service calls and when asked to make an adjustment, they agreed to a minimal adjustment. We feel that there was some incompetence along with a lack of responsiveness when we contacted them. We certainly would never use them again.
This company owes me for a full weeks work and I have not been paid. One of em has a cross eye and even though I could buy two of those shitty chevys fittings and all, tried to accuse me of stealing. 33 hrs in the mail or we can talk to osha as to why I got wrote up for that fitting when I couldn’t safely get to it
They replaced our water heater and did some other plumbing work. Very professional and very nice to work with. We love our new water heater.

The folks at Labonte plumbing are great. They have an office staff who returns phone calls, and always keeps you up to date about changes to the schedule. Hunter came to work on the house and explained everything that he was doing as he went. Half of the things that needed fixing were related to mistakes made by the previous company that was out a few weeks prior. So glad I ditched those folks and called Labonte. Plus, Labonte was much cheaper.
