love my technicians but the overall customer service needs work i have been a regular customer for over a couple of years now. i have had great service from my pedi and mani techs. they are always giving 100%. however management needs some training in customer service. i saw a dissatisfied customer on one day and they did nothing to make her happy. it actually turned into an argument and the professionalism went out the window. im sure its family running this business but still some customer service skills are really needed.

You can make an appointment, or just walk in (wait time is usually short) for a pedicure, manicure, or body art.
