The customer service was unacceptable. Bridesmaid dress came in over a month late after we were told if we ordered by a certain date they would arrive early. Not to mention they were very rude to the bride and other Bridesmaids at fittings. I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone.
My wedding dress came in damaged twice. They wanted me to pay to get it fixed. My bridesmaids dresses came in a month late (2 weeks before my wedding) customer service was awful. Everyone I've spoken to who has gone there has had such bad service. Beware don't go there unless your want your stuff late and or damaged!

My daughter went to Alaska over spring break to visit her boyfriend and came home with an engagement ring. They set an October wedding date and we had to find a dress quickly. A friend told me about La Belle Vie. I messaged Betsy on Friday night and she got us an appointment the next day. We were SO refreshed and impressed with this place! We sipped on mimosas on beautiful couches, while I was given awesome one on one attention from the staff! We smiled from the moment we walked in until I found my perfect dress! It was everything I wanted my shopping day to be and more! I can't wait to go back and purchase my wedding gown! Hands down would recommend heading here!!

I went to several places and no other shops gave me this kind of special treatment. They were so attentive, friendly, helpful, and made me feel as I always thought a bride should be treated.
