I went to several different stores before I had gone to La Belle Vie. Of all of the stores we visited, it was my favorite. Betsy was so helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. She actually showed me a dress that was in a smaller size that I really liked. I was upset that I couldn't try it on, however Betsy was able to order it in a large size so I could try it on! I had the best experience. I was the only bride there and had the attention of 2 amazing consultants. They were so nice and not pushy at all. They were very respectful of my budget and were great to my family that joined me. I left and went to a different bridal shop and ended up coming back the same day to purchase my dream dress. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Betsy and her staff do an amazing job. The boutique its self is gorgeous, the staff are helpful and friendly, and my dress is beautiful. The girls did everything I asked and more. My experience couldnt have been better. I would also like to add that it seems like many of the complaints and low ratings posted have to do with things that would definitely be out of the shop owner's control. When I ordered my dress I was sized wrong or the company that made my dress made it wrong. The dress did not fit me AT ALL when it came in (4 months later than told). I then was sent to an alteration person the recommended and was charged an additional amount of money without La Belle Via offering to pay for the mistakes they made. They ended up paying for only part of their mistakes after my husband called them.
La Belle Vie provided me with the most perfect wedding dress! They will go above and beyond to make sure the dress fits perfectly and are so eager to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
Wow!! Talk about great customer service. This place has amazing dresses, just gorgeous. I had attempted to go to Davids Bridal and was treated absolutely horrible, so on my second visit to La Belle I didn't even make an appointment and they still went out of their way to make the experience perfect. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, this place is fantastic!!
