Absolutely terrible customer service! They also could never keep anything straight..they told us several different dates on when our bridesmaid dresses would come in and then they ended up coming in 2 weeks before the wedding which gave us no time for them to be altered. They were very, very rude to not only me but the bride and her party. It's also not their place to comment on someone's weight, repeatedly. They are suppose to make one feel beautiful. Great customer service and lots of beautiful dresses to choose from!
First off The customer service was horrible. Bridesmaid dress came in only two weeks before the wedding!!! We were told many times that they have been ordered and had "set dates" of when they would come in. LIE. We were directed all over the place. They could never keep their story straight. Not to mention they were very rude to the bride and other Bridesmaids at their fittings making them feel horrible about themselves. I would definitely not recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

I would highly recommend La Belle Vie for your wedding needs! They will make your day so easy and less stressful. She carries the most gorgeous wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses as well. Not to mention the shop is gorgeous! I would highly recommend to go there to say yes to your dress!
Can not say enough wonderful things about the entire bridal shopping experience that La Belle Vie provided for my friend, the bride to be and the rest of us bridesmaids! Friendly, helpful service, the best selection of gowns, and such a beautiful atmosphere! Loved it! Highly recommend to anyone with a classy, elegant sense of style!
The care and attention the entire staff shows at this store is amazing. I love that they have dresses available to try on in all sizes and really cater to the "real women". Curves are embraced here! The owner is truly passionate about what she does and strives to make everyone that comes into the store feel appreciated. I highly recommend them!!
