I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day that never arrived. I called this morning (following day) to figure out what happened. The person that answered the phone apologized and told me he would personally deliver them later this morning. It's now 2:15 and they still haven't been delivered, and the shop is only a mile away from her office.
