My experience was wonderful. The massage, facial, and manicure was amazing! I am so relaxed and very pleased with my service.
Bought skin care from Lisa who was nice. Product made my face feel like it was on fire! Called spa to let them know and to ask if I could bring it back. Answer was 'No, it's against policy to take makeup and skin care back. The policy is on our Web site" Web site says nothing about skin care!! Didn't even offer store credit!! Will never go back and will make sure everyone I know hears about their horrible customer service!

Diane, I'm truly sorry for your experience, but this matter was not brought to my (Dawn) or my manager's (Vanessa) attention until I saw this review last night. While we do have policies we must follow for return of skin care and make-up due to sanitization purposes, I wish Vanessa or I had spoken to you. One of us could of rectified this situation.
Staff was superb, nice and clean everywhere. Had a blast with the whole crew, definitely going back as often as I can �
First time there...what a wonderful experience! Jacinda is fabulous and helped me take the plunge for l99king fabulous at 50 with a new do!!! So happy!
Bonnie colors and cuts my hair. I have VERY difficult hair to work with and she cuts and styles it perfectly every time. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating for my schedule. They have every service available you may want.
Jacinda is amazing! Always extremely satisfied with all the haircuts she has given me! (I'm a very picky when it comes to my hair) Not only does she do awesome work I just love all the conversations we have when I'm there! Front desk staff are very tentative and friendly.
I was surprised by my coworkers who gave me a gift certificate to get my hair and make up done for my wedding on 11/19/16. Bonnie did my make up and left me looking like a whole new woman. Lauren did my hair and it was just how I wanted it. Everyone was so nice and everything ran on time. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my special day.
If you haven't been here you are missing out!! Had my first massage ever done and Jen is phenomenal!! Will definitely be retuning for a spa day soon!!
