I just now had the most unsupportive, unprofessional, sad, irresponsible, alarming, talk with an on-call physician ever. Dr La Barre was informed that I was contagious and wheezing and I asked for an inhaler. She told me she had trouble with reimbursement with some of my PCP’s patients and she would not TeleMed me and she told me to go to the urgent care and hurry up because they close at eight. Very disheartening.
