I walked in thinking Jessica was the mgr. w/ her professionalism & helpfulness. Food was great but was a little disappointed that they had promised the birthday girl a flan but yet ended up with just jello & a candle because supposably the flan did not come out good...sorry but hard to believe.
Service wait time for food and bigger wait time to pay bill Food was good though
