Select products and wear them as your mood shifts from day to day, outfit to outfit, event to event, or season to season. Rather than feeling that you have to pile wax on top of creme on top of spray, as editorial stylists do out of necessity, get to know each product individually first. Though you'll naturally gravitate to several favorites, be adventurous.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. I showed Kaylee 8 photos of my regular cut and asked for a trim. She ironed it to straw and put so much product in that I didn't realize how terrible the cut was until I washed it out. It's all wrong. I have a bald patch in back and instead of straight bangs, I have a mushroom cut in front. She didn't trim it; she altered it completely and I hate it. As a nervous client I was put at ease with the time and care needed for my hair. I felt like Dionne heard all my concerns and truly listened to me and cared. I had an appointment two week ago to get my first balayage. I had platin blonde hair and I decided to change my look with brown roots that fade out into a blonde. Not an easy job but Kaili did great to create the look I was hoping for. The salon is very professional, listens to your special wishes and tries everything to satisfy the customer! I highly recommend Randy and his team!
HANNAH RODRIGUEZ IS INCREDIBLY TALENTED. I was hesitant to get another haircut after 2 recent cuts at other salons (1 that butchered my hair, another that attempted to "fix it") that left me feeling sure that no one was going to get it right without chopping even more hair off. Hannah listened, examined my hair, and then explained a solution to me that I was actually excited about. I just want to thank Alyssa for taking a nightmare hair cut that I got at another salon and turning it into something I'm confident to wear. Even though I was almost 45 minuets late due to some awful traffic, she was kind and friendly. She also took the time to teach me how to quickly and easily style my hair. No more pony tail for me!!!!
