I have been using LW Smith Pump Services for years. When I call with an issue, they will try to work through it over the phone. If it sounds like it’s something easy, I’ll try to fix it. They always offer to come out if you don’t feel comfortable looking into the issue yourself. Today, when I explained the issue I was having Wayne told me it sounded like a plugged sensor. Very knowledgeable crew. Replaced my well pump and components quickly at a reasonable priced. Highly recommend.
Apparently me doing 74 in a 70 wasn’t fast enough to pass a semi truck. This old man had to make sure he rolled down the windows, waving his arms and flipping me off and having a big old fit. I don’t know what his big rush was, but that’s the furthest thing from professional when you have your company‘s name on the side of the truck. You need to chill out, bud.
The team at LW Smith are very knowledgeable and experienced. I did a lot of troubleshooting and had them come out to resolve the problems. They came when they said they would and got right to work solving several problems. They were very professional and friendly and communicated clearly. They made some suggestions on things I could do to reduce the cycling of my pump and coached me through the process. I’m very satisfied with the results!
Excellent customer service and knowledge. Arrived next day to troubleshoot and ended up installing a pump same day. Highly recommend them
