I was wondering if both of my technicians were in a race to finish. I swear there was a timer somewhere. Tick, tick, tick! My pedicure was a rush job and then I was handed over to another woman that went so quickly she cut me and wasted topcoat on me. My first person was condescending—place your feet down, one, two. I when last Thursday to get my toe and nail done. The lady who my toe pull a piece of skin from the side my right toe it got infection. Now it healing I will never go back.
HORRIBLE !!! OMG !!! I tried so many places before... but this one is the WORST !!! They do not know what are they doing, the guy that took my gel off, just put my entire hand in a bowl full of acetone, then Pull .... literally PULL OF the gel that hurt, he notice and just put my hands AGAIN in the acetone, he ask if I wanted manicure and I said yes, well he just push my cuticles with the softener and that was it, he started to put the base ( gel) OMG horrible .... anyway then the manager took over and she had to re-do it AG... read more
Just left there and they did a HORRIBLE job on my toes. I asked for white nail polish and he couldn't even clean up around my nails!!! He was in such a hurry to get someone else. I paid for callus remover and only got it done on one foot. He was suppose to massage my legs and just rubbed lotion on them. I usually come here every 2 weeks and spend about 50 with tip but after this I am NEVER coming back again!!!!
Terrible, absolutely terrible. Never go to the guy in the first chair, he does not know how to do nails. I asked for white tips , coffin shaped. My nails look like a child did them, I could have done better myself. There's bubbles all in them & they're all uneven. Plus they aren't even coffin shaped, they're more round! I told him I didn't like them at all & that he did them wrong, he told me it was too late for that now. I will never return to this place.
