LT Optometry is Not trust-worthy. does not stand behind their words – My service date is around summer 2007. My insurance is with VSP, $120.00 for frame every other year. Eye exam every year. I came to the store asking if they accept my insurance. They gladly said Yes. They, however, told me VSP does not pay for $120.00 for frame as claimed. VSP actually pays only $30.00+ or $40.00+ for frame. Therefore I had to pay around $170+ out of pocket. I though they are honest. I also ask them to fix my lenses, which I paid another $... read more
