Very Honest and Helpful wonderful people, very helpful, very HONEST, a pleasure to deal with. I had a broken chain which was fixed on the spot for free (bent clasp), and a ring which I thought needed repair, but was advised that the setting was OK. They could have charged me, but didn't, and thus have all my business forever, plus I'll recommend them to anyone anytime.
Not very knowledgeable when it comes to watches wanted a simple battery change. They had no clue how to open my watch as I watched the number of employees go from 1 to 2 to 3 employees working on my one watch, I stand there on looking as someone grabs a small jewellery hammer and to my horror proceeds to hammer in and wedge a small tool with vice grips holding my $1000+ watch to pry open the back. I love this store! My mother had made purchases here. She has since passed away & I have inherited ALL of her Jewelry, in which I stop in to have checked and cleaned. I have really only dealt personally with Michelle, who is amazing! Hopefully when I'll be making future (my own) purchases from them sometime soon! Thank you for being great!
