Not very knowledgeable when it comes to watches wanted a simple battery change. They had no clue how to open my watch as I watched the number of employees go from 1 to 2 to 3 employees working on my one watch, I stand there on looking as someone grabs a small jewellery hammer and to my horror proceeds to hammer in and wedge a small tool with vice grips holding my $1000+ watch to pry open the back. Excellent service very professional and friendly, highly recommend for diamonds, gold, silver and jewelry repair.
I just had two of my rings repaired here and they look better than I ever imagined. They repurposed my mother's engagement/ wedding bands and they look better than new. They also did a repair on another ring of mine that broke and it too looks better than new. Their prices are fair and their work is very high quality. I would not go anywhere else for anything related to my jewelry.
