My girlfriend messaged the dealership to make plans to come test drive a jeep for sale. Take a look at the screenshots attached. Somehow it turned into whoever was messaging her arguing with her about the region of Massachusetts we live in? After she looked up how far of a drive it was to the dealership, they still wanted to argue and insist they were 45 mins from our house when they are almost 2 hours away. Bought my Chrysler Aspen from L&S 2 years ago this week. I love love love this vehicle.Twice i've had to use the Endurance warranty and bring it into L&S for repairs. Its a used vehicle, you can't expect perfection. Both times they were quick and efficient and had my vehicle repaired and back to me the same day! Exceptional service!
I had a dead battery and during an attempt at boosting the battery, I dropped my key into the engine block. As I drove by the shop, with my spare key, I saw them closing their gate for the night and stopped anyway. They were more than willing to help out, removed the key and sent me on my way without a charge....great customer service.
My husband and myself recently bought a car from John from L & S. What a joyful and positive experience. He went above and beyond making sure to answer any questions we had, making the process stress free and smooth, and even took very kindly to our young daughter too. Shopping with a toddler is not easy, and he simply made the whole experience wonderful. We will be going to them for all of our future car purchases.
