Dr. Izant is such a nice man & wonderful provider. He showed me current & past x-rays … explaining everything in easy to understand detail. I appreciate his honesty … I would 100% recommend him!
Dr. Axelrod replaced my left knee 10 years ago and it changed my life. Did a great job, was polite, did what was expected. Now I'm hoping he will do my right knee!

Dr. Smart was the consummate professional in dealing with me. The 2 most impt things to me when seeing a physician is 1) are they listening to everything I’m telling them abt my symptoms? 2) do they realize how this is impacting my life? He put me right at ease, explaining what was in store for my total hip replacement...follow his directions and you will have a great out come, I'm 1 month to the day and feeling like a million bucks!
Every single staff member I met was very nice, friendly, and professional. The nurse & xray tech made me feel very comfortable and they were so nice. Dr. Clarke was amazing! He was very thorough and explained what was going on with my knee and hip. I did not feel rushed at all. He took his time & I felt very comfortable. He worked with me on a recovery plan. I’m so happy I found SOS!
One of my family went to Clarke for THR. Person has spinal fusion & it necessitates special placement of the implant which was not done correctly. She literally can not sit down since day of installation. Hip mechanically impinged bc implant has 12-13 mm of overhang & at wrong angle in her body. She rarely leaves house bc car is excruciating. Health is deteriorating. Never informed of potential complications b4 surgery. Surgeon is supposed to discuss this w you. Never would do THR if could not sit down. Told at office she wa... read more
Dr Smart was amazing. Spent time explaining my situation and the options to address it. He is kind, listens well, instills confidence in his ability to fix the problem. Would highly recommend him and his staff.
