Hey I never write a review but this was a frustrating experience. My dad brought a lawn mower in around late May early June a year ago. He never got a call back and came to the store three times to try to see if it was fixed. They told him to come back next week every time. A year later, no lawn mower. We're pretty sure they either lost it or handed it to someone else, but at least have the courage to tell us. I respect y'all for the work y'all do at your age, but you have to update your system so you're not losing mowers an... read more

Really nice guy. Had a part in stock that another store told me was discontinued. Great help. Lawnmower fired right up when I got home.
