Nice job on our airducts! The two gentlemen we had were attentive and fast.
Quoted a price on the phone, cleaners show up and say wow that's a big sectional. (Normal size 3 piece) We're going to have to charge you $50 more. What a joke. Stay away from these crooks.
I don't know why there are so many poor ratings! Aaron and his assistant did a great job! They called 15 minutes before they planned to get here, arrived within the promised time frame, went over exactly what I wanted and what I'd be charged before starting any of the work. My cat(s) peed all over the basement, and they helped me move stuff and find the problem spots. I use L & N every time I get my carpets clean! Very professional and friendly, and knowledgeable! I have NEVER been disappointed! I even had my vents cleaned today, and they did a great job! Will use them in the future!

Wish I could give zero stars. What a rip-off.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did they delete my comments about my experience with them but then they blocked me from their page. Do some research before wasting your time with this company!
