I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I hired them to clean my duct work. On their first visit, they were in and out is a little over an hour which seemed fast considering I was told the duct work in my two story house would take at least two hours to clean. They left three return air vents on the floor and didn't even clean five of the upstairs return vents & ducts. RecommendedWe hired L&N for carpet stretching and cleaning. The gentleman that came, Gerald III, was super nice and informative. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. He asked my option on the edge of the carpet trim after the stretching, which I thought was nice. He let me know what else his company offered and even gave me some history on how many generations his company has been around and how it all started. L&N did a great job cleaning our ducts and carpets. They were very thorough. They were able to come out the next day after calling to schedule. The guys were able to add on duct cleaning the day of service for my carpets.
Thank you Caleb for the great job you did cleaning our carpet and stairs. Thank you to the receptionist who answered the phone politely, heard my request of urgency and scheduled for the next day. Turned out great.
They were 1.5 hours late, called to speak with a manager who was supposed to call me right back never heard a word, tried to sell me something the whole time he cleaned my carpets and I just went over it 24 hours later with my carpet cleaner to find the water disgusting.
When the receptionist tells you to be honest in your review and tells you that your call is being recorded...all because a disgruntled customer (my wife) wasted a whole day waiting for this company to show up to get our vents cleaned. Oh, and when they did finally show up (1 hour and 50 minutes late), they turned right around and left because they left a hose at the previous house they were at. All of that with no explanation.
