Dr. Kettels' Office and staff are amazing. Dr Kettel is very sympathetic to the challenges his patients face, and he and his staff work hard to personalize every experience that we had in the office, from remembering our names and faces, along with our sons' (that he helped us create), to keeping detailed notes so that every visit wasn't the fifth degree of finsing out again what had happened before that. A doctor is only as good as his stuff. He has a great team. Best embryologists in San Diego. Four of my friends already got kids with this clinic.
He is the best. We did two IVF treatments with him as our Dr. We had such a great experience. He's knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to.
Dr Kettel is very understanding, patient and has wonderful bed side manner. His entire staff made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me and my million questions and concerns. The receptionists & nurses always knew my name and greeted me when I walked in; when I called they all seemed to be aware of my case and showed genuine care for my situation. Dr. Kettle is straight forward in his answers. I felt like he took an interest in my case. I never felt uneasy or unsure of the decisions that were being made by Dr. Kettle or any of the staff. Infertility is an emotional ride and Dr. Kettle's office kept me calm and focused.
I was treated like a patient and a human being. The staff is genuine, sincere and they really do care. All healthcare professionals and staff work as a team, are knowledgeable and are on the same page in my therapy. I like how they meet each day to discuss each patient's treatment/therapy.
Dr. Kettel is very knowledgeable in his field. He answers all our questions the best that he can and he's always there through email or phone if you need him. I will recommend him anytime to couples who are having fertility problems.
Dr Kettel and his NPs are great! Some of the office staff were slow to get back to us and frustrating to work with! Thank goodness for Frankie! She keeps everyone organized and is so sweet to interact with via phone and at the front desk!
Dr. Kettel was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us clear options and guided us toward the right solution to start our family. We are very pleased with his care.
