You sometimes walk into high-end watch shops and folks are a bit condescending. Not this place. Michael was warm and so engaging. He took the time to walk me through the various Glashutte SeaQ lines. You can tell that, as a family business, he takes pride in giving a personal touch. I loved delving into the world of such finely crafted little machines. Looking forward to being in touch when I’m ready to buy one of those beauties!
We brought our beloved antique engagement ring to L Majors for repair, and although it was a difficult repair, they were able to assist us. We are so pleased with how the ring turned out. We appreciate the thoughtful staff, especially Natalia and Michael, and would absolutely recommend this local business.

While visiting my sister in San Antonio, my husband was interested in a Glashutte watch. These timepieces are sold in Austin so we took a day drive to take a peek. We are so glad we did! Simply outstanding service. Brought my Glashütte watch for bracelet sizing. Was immediately welcomed by Melanie. The place was busy, so she proposed a few options including giving me a call as soon as things quiet down. Very professional. The work was done perfectly. With a smile and good conversation. I later met Mr. Majors who is just his team, respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Highly recommended.
