Friendly professional environment.
Loretta has a very bad attitude and when asked to speak to someone above her she says shes the only one and even has a condescending laugh as if shes talking to someone beneath her. I had purchased a condenser pan a year ago that they put in calling today I wanted to know if it was under warranty being it has only been a year and it's already leaking her response was to call someone else to get it under warranty because we didnt purchase the parts from her which is 1000% false one thing is to be rude but to be rude and speak... read more
