I have been calling Since May of 25 to tell them the unit is empty and to close out the account. It’s August the account is still showing open after multiple calls emails and they charged my credit card that wasn’t saved in their system for 3 months that I haven’t even been there. All they can say is they will have a DM call me back. Spoke to Coy Astrid Luis Joseph Oscar and a couple other people in the 3 months and still no I mean no resolution. Someone will call me. What a joke! Don’t rent from them!
Avoid this storage facility at all costs. After over 5 years as a paying customer, I’m shocked at the level of negligence and poor service I experienced here. Stay away. Not sure what happened in the past year, but they are now AWOL and it's not clear what's happened with our belongings. The phone number doesn't work and no one is responding to emails.
