My experience at LL Olds and with McGrath property group has been excellent. Alex has been incredibly helpful and communicative since the initial showing, through the lease and move-in process, and with any additional questions during my time here. Management is always communicative and heads up about routine maintenance they conduct around the building, and they're quick to respond to individual maintenance requests. I want to share my deep appreciation for Ali and the McGrath over the last three years! I haven't lived in one place for as long as I lived in McGrath since leaving my childhood home for college fifteen years ago. My best renting experiences in Madison were with McGrath Property Group. Terrace Point and LL Olds Lofts and Flats (lived in both sides) were great properties. A couple things that make MPG stand out, in my opinion: -Appliances are a notch above the rest. -Kitchen cabinets had soft-close cabinets and drawers, which is a luxury that I never knew I needed. -Outstanding maintenance response time & quality of work. Fantastic apartment complex! Modern amenities including a lovely fitness facility and large outdoor green space for pets. Parking garage on site is clutch! Centrally located to all the sites of Willy street; just 10 minutes to the capital. People warned us about the noise from the train, which is real, HOWEVER, as long as you live in the apartments opposite to where the trains pass, you are fine. We have very much enjoyed our time so far at this complex.
I lived here for three years and had a great experience. There were some quirks to the apartment when I first moved in (mainly with the AC unit), but Maintenance was fantastic and ended up replacing the draining system in my AC unit to permanently fix the issue. The apartments are beautiful, with solid appliances and adjustable lighting. The online portal made everything very easy to use, and the office was communicative.
