I’ve been a tenant with LH Layne for 3 years and have been very happy. The management team has always been friendly, professional and easy to work with.
I have had a very poor experience with the managing staff at this location. The mailboxes have been stolen/damaged from the property so I reached out for assistance. The management staff replies to my email stating that this is not their issue to fix and that I can call the Post Office to get a new mailbox put in if I want to receive mail. I have done all I can on my end with the Post Office and still Layne Company refuses to assist.
